CM?

So I am totally new to all of this fertility analysis, but is watery CM not as ideal as EWCM? I had a +OPK yesterday and still this morning. DH and I BDed yesterday morning. My temp this morning was still low, and my CM is watery and not EW. In the past, I have had pretty good luck with getting EWCM but for some reason not this cycle. I am not religious about checking my cervial position, but it doesn't seem as high as other times in the past during O when I have checked. Might I not be Oing yet?
