Couldn't get on to DS, then could, now can't again?

So I had the problem it seems a lot of people are having where they couldn't get onto the site at all from their home computer. I tried for a long time and finally just gave up and started using a proxy server, but every once in a while I'd try again to get on without the proxy.

For the past week or so I've been able to get onto DS without the proxy server, which is nice, I can browse so much faster and get to my pm's more easily and such. But then all of a sudden tonight when I tried to get on it would give me an error message on every page but the home page saying "page not found." I can still (obviously) get on using the proxy.

What is going on? Has my IP been blocked? Can I get it unblocked?
