I know how to multi-quote, but I've never learned how to only quote a section of someone's quote. Like I don't want to quote the whole post - just a line?

I'm sure this is really easy - also along the same lines - bolding the quote?

When you quote, then the quoted text appears in your reply, but it's not "locked" or anything. You can format it as you please, deleting things, adding things, bolding things, changing the color, whatever.
