I have a quick question about OPKs. I've been taking them since cd 26 (@9dop) because I'm ATTS and don't have anything else to pee on.

At the time limit They all had a bearly there line and once dried they all look relatively the same. Are these know for evaps?

Evaps generally have no colour to them. Plus they only show up as the test is drying.

Nope, that's just how they look when you don't have a strong presence of the LH. If you start testing early before you ovulate, you will notice that the control strip barely shows up as well. It only starts to get darker once you start getting close to your LH surge, and then of course the darkest (positive) once you do have the surge.

Just FYI, Jen...I've always found these to be reliable when used as OPK's, but don't know the reliability of using an OPK as a hpt.

Thanks mamas. I'm not getting my hopes up by using them as a HTP. I'll just keep taking them until I get af or a BFP hpt. I only started taking them because I wan concerned that I hadn't O'ed yet. The fact that they all look similar had me worried.

I have never seen an opk have an evap...ever. I also used an OPK as an experiement when testing with this pregnancy. While, I prob wouldn't fully trust the result of an opk as an hpt, still...I think you have a pretty dang good shot, mamma.
My OPKs didnt turn a full blazing BFP result with this pregnancy til the day after AF was due. I will try to find a pic for you in my photobucket....brb.
