Whenever my DS starts grunting mid feed I always take him off and burp him. Usually a huge belch will do the trick.

Once and awhile he'll have to toot so I'll move his legs around and help him work out hte gas. Like I said, that usually does the trick. Almost always burps or toots that are stuck.

Sometimes it can be that they are having little reflux, you might want to look online for other symptoms.

Thanks for the advice! He's a noisy boy. He even makes noises while sleeping. I've been burping more and it seems to help a bit. Wish there was any easy way to know what was really going on with the little man!
