I see this book "truth about abs" almost everywhere - is it any good?

Hello there everyone This is my first post I especially registered so I can begin a dialogue on what would be the most effective way to make a 6-pack abs I'm not really a fitness maniac or body builder, I just want to look in shape, but I do not really want to waste too much time exercise I found out that it is full of products claiming they can educate you on how to do that in my internet research There were also sites claiming i could do this in a week, but i don't really believe that Have you heard of the truth about abs book, because I found a really good web page where the writer was talking about and it took my attention - He states that that book can definitely inform you how to do abs in the right way, but he also says (despite the name of the website) that its not possible to do it in a week I would really appreciate your opinion many thanks before hand
