Same here, but try doing kegels! They really have worked for me. I have to set an alarm so I remember to do them but if you do them you won't regret it!

Re: Ugh

I totally hear you on this!!

Also, I would love to not have to pull up my pants every 2 minutes! Someone recently told me about the Secret Fit panel that Motherhood does. That ans yoga pants from Target (Wal-Mart ones are insanely bright!). I think when I get paid for watching the neighbor's little boy tomorrow, I am going shopping!

Re: Ugh

Me too with the sneezing. We have been rearranging furniture to get ready for the baby and the dust under the furniture has been killing me! I have been sneezing like crazy for the past few days and I have to cross my legs like I'm doing the potty dance to keep from wetting myself!

Re: Ugh

You ladies are making me feel so much better. I was sick with a violent cough for nearly two weeks and discovered that I am also part of the club.

Re: Ugh

Yup, same here. Sneezing and coughing are awful for that. Having food poisoning about a week and a half ago was the worst. Thankfully I dove out of the bathtub to throw up violently so the pee kind of mixed with the water on the floor... eep! It's very hard to keep things in on one end when they're being forcefully expelled on the other end.

I'm thinking about starting to use the cloth pantyliners again for just this reason.
