Vax Link HELP - the map where each state is coded w/allowable reasons for not vax'ing

I forgot to save it. We planned all along to forego the varicella b/c to me it's too dangerous to risk them getting it at a later age with it only being 80% effective.

And now with the new Hep A vax... I do NOT plan to let my kids get it for at least 5-10yr while they fig out if it's REALLY "safe" and how "effective" it is. We aren't in the medical field and ds isn't in group daycare so his chance of contracting is VERY VERY VERY VERY small. But lately they are pushing these things onto the market WAY too fast and there are SO many recalls!

Anyway... can anyone help me out with the map link??? PLEEEEEEEASE
