Re: !TMI Alert! - How do you care for the "hair down there"

Can't believe I'm sharing this here but since we've talked about it on another forum...there's a product in stores (like Target, Walmart, some pharmacies) called Magic Powder. It's a dipilitory (sp?) for African American beards. Umm, works good down there too

You're not supposed to use it for a few days after you've shaved, and trust me it's better if you've gone native for at least a few weeks--if you start with stubble you just get more stubble. Oh, and buy the can with ALOE in it, the other one burns a little. I heard they have a new one called Magic Cream that's already mixed up (the powder gets mixed with water and turns into a paste).

I don't use it very often, a little weirded out by the "school girl" appearance Normally I just trim/shave a little.

Wow!!! You are my freakin hero! Dh is deployed so maybe once or twice a month I'll do a "maintenance" shave, where I hit there and my thighs. I do my calves in the shower a couple of times a week. Pits...just about every shower, cause there's no air-conditioning over here. I'm just too lazy to keep up with everything everyday like when I was younger.

I was going to get the permanent hair removal before dd was born since it's cheaper over here. This lady had a package deal for "down under" and your pits.

i got a bikini trimmer from walmart. it was under $10 and takes batteries. you can set the height and it doesn't pinch at all. i love it! don't remember the brand, but it is light purple.
