If you have a Crockpot this would be PERFECT to make Pulled BBQ Pork sandwiches... Its THIS simple...
Put in your Raw Pork
1 Med Onion Diced
1Bell Pepper Small Dice
1Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
1/4Crushed Red Chilli Flakes
1Bottle of your Favorite BBQ sauce

Put it On high walk away in 6 hours comeback shred it Recheck for Salt and Pepper and eat.... The Sauce will Look thin but once you Shred the Pork it just asborbs that Juice You can also add more BBQ sauce to your taste...

Serve it On Buns, Rolls Or Over Hot Rice

You can easily whip up a stir fry with some soy sauce and vegetables. I love pork and celery.

pork & saurkraut w/ red potatoes. either toss it all in the crockpot or put it in a baking dish in the oven. put the kraut on top w/ which ever you choose.
