Am i having a MC? (sorry tmi inside)

ok so we are kinda ttc I got af mid may for the first time after dd was born, I started what I thought was af two days ago (late) at first I had just like a yellow discarge with what looked like 100 little brown and red clots, that lasted for two days (no cramps though) but wicked puking BAD migranes, then yesturday I started bleeding like crazy (soaked 9 aio mama pads in 2 hrs wearing sposie pads now ) and tons of cramps. dh got me a hpt and I got a faint + should I got to the OB? is it possible that im not having a mc and I could be PG, or possibly the test is off compeltely and im having a wicked af? im very scared and confused if anyone has had anything like this please share your experince ( i have had several mcs but not like this)
