Re: Please help me understand...Post Partum Depression?

I haven't read all the responses, but I wanted to share with you that I struggled a little with PPD after my 4th baby and my resentment was directed towards my other kids, especially the oldest, and not the baby at all. Talk to your doctor.

I am sorry you are feeling sad mama! I would defiantly talk to your doctor, it could most defiantly be PPD. After my DS#2 was born I had bad PPD and I could not stand DS#1. I loved the baby but couldn't wait to send ds#1 to school. Than I felt so guilty for feeling that way and that added to the whole depression. It did go away and everything was fine, it will get better in time talk to your doctor!
