Need help: MT or another SSC?

Okay, so I'm really thinking about wanting to get a MT or SSC for during the summer time with our LOs and hiking. My DS is 18 months right now, and I have a beco carrier which I love to use with him. I'm going to be having a baby girl in April, and I really want to try getting out and doing some hiking with DH and the kids. Here's my thing, I'd love for each of us to have a carrier, but I don't know if I should get a MT to carrier the baby in and my have DH use the beco with my DS, or should I get another SSC?

I'm tempted by the great deal coming out soon for the boba carriers. I'd use that for DS and use the beco with the baby. I also have a friend who makes some awesome MTs and I could get a really good price on one.

A MT is the only carrier I don't have in my stash right now, so I've never worn one. What would you ladies recommend or do if you had the choice and why? They're both about the the same price, so I'm not concerned about that.

I hope I didn't confuse anyone with trying to explain it all.
