Temporary Lactose Intolerance after stomach flu?

Its been a week Dr. did confirm it was the stomach flu but he's still not eating much he want's to nurse often but He definetly has developed hoping to be a temp lactose intolerance due to the stomach flu. I looked it up online and apparently this is common since your body needs these special enzymes to be able to digest milk and his body is prob still working on getting them back b/c anytime we nurse almost immediately he throws it allll back up Ive prob washed blankets 100 times here this week. My ? is anyone experiance this how can we get about not nursing I know I can just refuse but he is so stubborn and well persistent. what can we do to help? He will take water and I even resulted to 7up just to keep him hydrated cause he also refuses juice or pedialyte?
