Need some help re: vitamins and lower back pain....

Okay I need some advice here .

First the last few weeks I have been getting sick a lot. I had the stomach bug a week ago and now I have bad cold. I know to up my vitmain d, but to how much?? Anything else I can take to strengthen my immune system. Being pregnant worries me as I am fight some auto immune stuff, i want to keep my immune system up and kicking!

Also I've started having bad lower back pain. Really can't afford a chiro right now, although might try to use some tax money. Is there any stretches I can be doing or things to help myself??

If you can help at all on either, I would be very grateful .

Thanks!

Vit D is more for mood/sleepiness/bone health then immune. I take 2,000 MG everyday of Vit C all winter and haven't gotten sick once. It also makes a nice strong amniotic sac. You can also take Zinc supplement, but i'd ask your provider how much depending on how much is in your prenatal.
Here are some stretches

I take 4000 mg of vit D every day (plus my prenatal which doesn't have very much) to prevent seasonal illnesses. I started this last year and didn't even get a cold or anything that winter. So far so good for this season too (hope I didn't just jinx it!).

Are you familiar with kidney pain? If the back pain started with your illnesses I might worry that you got dehydrated enough to get a low grade kidney infection or stones. If you are familiar with it and know that's not it then ignore me. If you aren't, maybe call your clinic and just ask to leave a urine sample to check and let them know of your back pain. I take 6000 IUs of vitamin D at my midwife's request, I measured very low in my bloodwork. I take a separate prenatal also.
