Purchase from an online retailer

So my baby's first birthday is coming up on Saturday, and I wanted to get her a Baby Stella doll. I found a website that had the one I wanted, with the cheapest shipping within Canada that I thought I could find. Ordered it. That was on Friday.

Monday morning I get an email saying they actually don't have that specific doll in stock, but could they sub a different one. I immediately emailed back and said no, I really want the blond one. No response!

So, I emailed back today, after rechecking my paypal to see if they did in fact refund. Nope. And still no response!

How long do I wait until I take action through paypal? I'm really nervous that I'm out the money

I just went through this with an order. I would go ahead and take action through paypal now. And if they don't respond within a day escalate it to a claim. I got my money back from asking my bank to do a chargeback, but I think had I waited paypal would have refunded it. I had ordered $135 dollars in cloth diapers. Not only a lot to pay for nothing, but I was also angry that they ignored so many emails as though I should just wait until they were ready. I ordered Jan. 11th and got my money back on Feb. 7th- so I wouldn't wait.
