After opening a dispute, if you close it, PP will not let you file again on the same transaction.

I have been in a transaction when PP label was created but it took 2 weeks for the seller to take the package to the PO. I know because I received email notification from PP and when the package finally arrived I saw the date stamp from the PO it was shipped from. I didnt file with PP though, just patiently waited for my item. I usually file with PP after 1 month of payment if I still dont have the item.
