IS there anything like our delivery confirmation that I can do to cover myself on a sale?? I know it would cost extra, if there is how much extra is it??

You can get DC for Canada but in doing that you'd have to send it priority and it costs a ton extra. :/ I've heard of things costing $10-$20 more just to get things sent with DC.

What about like fed ex or something like that??

With fed Ex or UPS it costs the buyer in brokerage fees. Have you looked into signature confirmation?
