Do I still qualify for SDI??

So I had just assumed that I wouldn't, but I guess it's based on a base period, which for me would be Jan 10-Dec 10. My mom said I should still qualify because I have paid in, even though I am not employed RIGHT NOW.

Does anyone have experience with getting disability in my situation?? I tried calling them, but of course you can never get through. I will keep trying though.

ETA--I got through and I DO qualify!!! They are sending me the form. AND, I always thought it was for only 6 weeks prior to delivery...it's 4 months!! So just need to take it to my doctor next week and I'm set!!
