I'd love to know too! Are there any that make a good sandwich bread?

Re: bread maker

I have a Breadman brand one... it's awesome... I've had it for a few years, so there aren't any pictures, but we purchased it on Amazon. It came with a great recipe book, which is the only one I've ever needed to use for it. My favorite part is that you can program it to make the bread overnight, so it's perfectly done when you wake up in the morning.

I love, love, love my bread machine. I use it for lots of things besides bread. I make rolls, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, chewy pretzels and our all time favorite, french bread. Get a good recipe book and use it to it's full potential.

I'm new here but had to say this thread makes me long for hot buttered toast! I've always wanted a bread maker ... maybe I'll take your suggestions and go get one. : )

I agree with the suggestion of a breadman! I want the new one i saw on QVC qith the separate cup for fruits and nuts!
I have an older model I got for $5 and it is AWESOME! I also have 2 other brand of breadmachines but i dont like hem. harder to operate and seems like i pull out the manual more for them. i bought the breadman without a manual and i could operate from the get-go its VERY easy!
