Does anyone know what kind of carrier this is?

My mom got this for me, used, and it came with no instructions. Does anyone know what kind it is & how to use it?

hm.......

thats the craziest carrier i have seen. It looks pretty comfy though.

Im guessing its like a MT style but those holes are for front carry with the baby facing out, so their lgs do't have to be spread so par out around the carrier maybe?

i have no idea....

Hmm, at first I thought it was a bundleboo, because of the leg holes, but nope:

It appears to be an onbuhimo, but with leg holes. Here are videos of how to use an onbu:

So with your carrier, you'd use it like that, but instead of the baby straddling the carrier, the legs would go through the holes.
I agree with pp that it's maybe for smalller babies who are too small to straddle the carrier.

Very interesting! Never seen that before.

Yeah...it does remind me of a Bundleboo...I can only see it being used for a FFO carry with the leg holes .

Re: Does anyone know what kind of carrier this is?

This looks like my old baby carrier from when I raised my kids 30 years ago. I have a red one looks very similar with the leg openings. Mine is called a "Happy Baby Carrier". I've been looking everywhere for a similar carrier. Ordered a couple directly from Japan. Happy to see this old classic.
