HH elastic repair?

I hope this is the right forum to post this in. I wasn't sure if it should go here or the ISO...

I am looking for someone to breathe a little life into some dipes for me.

I recently bought some med HHs off FSOT, two of them have shot elastic in the back. DS can still wear them, but I just wish they fit a little better there.
I can repair a small tear in a hem or seam, sew a button, etc, but I think replacing elastic is beyond my current skill set.

Is there anyone out there who can do this for me? I will happily pay for time, material and shipping.
