Diaper Swappers

This is a big hit in our house... we actually have to make 2 pans of this for our family of 7 because everyone loves it so much

there are much more frugal ways to make it but here is the easy method.

16oz frozen mixed vegetables
5oz can of chicken chunks drained ( we use 2 cans)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup ( we use 1 family size can)
1/2 cup of milk
10oz can of refrigerated flaky biscuits

In large saucepan, steam vegetables until done.
Drain. Add chicken, soup, milk and mix well. Salt

and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly. Pour into
deep dish pie pan or casserole dish. Separate
biscuits into layers and place on top of mixture.
Drizzle with 2 Tbsp melted butter. Bake @425 for 15
min.

This dish has become one of DH's favorite meals. It's so easy to make and tastes yummy! I do add more veggies to it though.

Sounds a lot like My Chicken Pot pie recipe but I use Cresent Rolls instead of the biscuits. Yummy!!!!!

When you make this in a casserole dish, how big is the dish? 9x13 or 9x9? Thanks- I am making it tonight, so I hope the family enjoys it!

I use a 9x13 pan

I have used crecent rolls on top also and it is good that way too. YUM

It is on our definitely make again list. Hard to get the kiddos to try it, but once they did they liked it a lot!

Ummmmmm, of course I don't eat meat so I would use seitan and cream of mushroom.
