Here's my baby in a Bummis SB -this picture is from the night he was born, his very first diaper ever (6lb 14oz). They fit him great for the first 2-3 weeks.


I could not find a picture of my baby in a Thirsties -I can't believe I didn't take one. I took a picture of him in every other diaper we own. They didn't start fitting until he was 7.5lbs or so.

Hi. I think the duo's only come in size 1 and 2. Size 1 is supposed to be good for a nb. But nearly all the pics I've seen make the cover look huge.

Its their newborn size, which is the smallest they offer (4-9lbs).

I don't have any experience with the super brites, but we loved our thirsties duo size 1 from birth. They fit below the cord at 6lbs on the smallest setting and weren't really bulky at all. They definietly run on the small side, they were smaller than the thristies xs when snapped down all the way.
