? about inserts

We use mostly pockets. Right now we use mostly cottonbabies inserts, simply because I ordered a ton and I never thought to try different things. I don't know if cottonbabies are considered trim or not....they seem ok to me....but I don't have my to compare them to. I'm wanting to buy some new trim inserts for daytime-underclothes-for outtings- inserts.

So my questions are....

What is the trimest insert you use? How long aprox does it last with an average soaking kid? Where should I buy them from?

Thanks!

Re: ? about inserts

I find microfiber towels to be really trim. I just got some from the automotive department at Target. I just use 1 in a BG OS for daytime for my 2 month old and it is very absorbant. I love CB OS inserts, but they are a bit bulky. They work great for night though!

I prefer CB and MOE inserts. If I need a little extra, I had a 2 layer hemp fleece insert the same size (I get mine from Sewing Moms Just Accessories, Etc - she is awesome to work with and very inexpensive). The only reason I don't like the CBs are because I would never use them folded over and so see the snaps as potentially uncomfy.

I agree about the snaps. I can never decide if they're uncomfortable or not to him. I hope not!

Thanks for the suggestions! Keep em coming!
