how much red raspberry leaf tea do YOU drink?

In my last pg I drank about 1-2 cups a day from about 30 weeks on. Emery was born at 37 weeks in exactly 1 hour and 3 minutes. So, I guess it worked for a fast labor!

This reminded me that I need to start up again, although I hope this one isn't quite as fast and furious!

not sure I have only used loose leaf. i bought it off ebay this pregnancy and the last. you can buy it in small quantities. I posted a link a few posts back in this thread. hopefully someone else can answer your question better!

I dont think so. I think prebagged and boxed tea isnt as fresh as loose leaf so therefore doesnt have near as much potency/nutrients.

I love it iced-- with some honey or agave... I make it by the gallon and drink it within a couple of days (I am in my third trimester). I buy it from bulkherbstore.com, and she mixes it with nettles, alfalfa and mint (and the mint makes it much yummier, IMO... and helps with nausea). I agree that it is kinda yucky hot, but it is pretty good when iced!

i've never drank it before, but i DO take Christopher's Pre-natal capsules starting at 34 weeks. i have taken it for all but 1 pregnancy and THAT was the pregnancy that it took them 10 hours to GET me into labor. all my other labors were easy. it has all the herbs in it to tone uterus etc for delivery including RRL and evening primrose etc. i love it.
