Warm compresses or a hot shower works for me.

Re: Tips to trigger "let-down"
So, I am probably just a weirdo but I swear I can smell my baby when I am away from her so I just close my eyes and picture her and take a whiff and boom it works every time.
I love the smell of her

Re: Tips to trigger "let-down"
Fishie - I am the exact same way. If I'm talking or distracted in some way I seem to get more than if I watch the bottles. Its almost as watching stresses me out and the flow slows down lol. I also use the let-down button on my Medela to trigger multiple let-downs.

Re: Tips to trigger "let-down"
Best thing to trigger let-down - let baby suck. #2 - tickle nipple.
And by the way - manual pumps always worked SO much better in triggering let down as well as pumping more. I love my Avent!! |

Re: Tips to trigger "let-down"
I had to use some of those lil microwaveable heat pads...the heat & some relaxing deep breathes worked amazingly....
