Nursing Photo (CONTAINS NUDITY)

I mostly wanted other opinions, I feel better now, that I am not the only one slightly bothered by the photo. It bugged me that it bothered me, because well I'm a nursing Mom, an extended nursing Mom at that, so didn't understand why it bothered me so much

My friend in high school used to call it a cooter and I havent ever heard anyone else. That makes me laugh.

Its not a picutre I would take. I think if the bottom was cut off and all you saw was the mama nursing it would be great but with the "cooter" in the pic its kinda strange. Just my I thought myspace wasnt allowing nursing pics anymore???

Uh yeah that's not something I would have even taken a picture of. I like almost all the other posters do take baths and shower with my daughter, but there's no photos being taken.

I think there's a tasteful and classy nursing photo category, and then there's the blatant nudity photo category. I don't think they should be mixed like that though. That's the type of photo where people go "EW BREASTFEEDING" and really I don't think anyone wants that sort of attitude towards breastfeeding.

The nursing part is beautiful and the child's nudity is purely innocent. Although I wouldn't post a nudie pic of my LO on the internet where pervs might view. The way she is all spread out naked though, is a bit too much.

Oh, my 9 mo DS is a "pincher" also. OUCH!!

Seriously the cooter part of the pic bothered me too. There are too many pervs out there and the Internet spans the world. I personally wouldn't want the entire world seeing me spread out in all my nakedness with my nursling.

LMAO OK my first thought was "huh, no stretch marks" I have nursed my DS naked many, many times in our tub. He takes a bath/shower with DH or I since he seems afraid to be in the tub alone. Also we have a private pool so we often go sans suits (when it is just us!) However, I don't nurse him in a spread eagle come and get me pose.

Nursing pics are beautiful. Nursing ****, maybe not so much.

Something that I can't put my finger on... but it feels wrong. I don't feel like it's trying to show the wonderful relationship between and mother and her nursling. I feel like it's trying to be sexual. I don't think nursing is a sexual thing. Anyway, you know what they say, If it feels wrong.....

Yeah i don't know why its necessary for her to be spread eagle! I don't nruse like that , and i also don't get the lustful stare, why isn't she looking at her baby? Hm.......I don't know how i feel about it. Its definitely a great art piece since its geting such a response. It sure makes you think!
