Re: BumGenius Tabs -- HELP
Okay, I have spoke to Jen again via e-mail. She is taking my grasshopper and yellow (don't remember color name) back. If the tabs are fraying on the rounded part, that is considered natural wear. If the fraying is substantial she is replacing them. So, I have to go file a RMA, and send them back to her. It is always worth sending her a e-mail. She knows that there are others having the same problem I am. Hopefully she can find a different type of closure. I have other dipes where the loop part of the closure is heavely used and not fraying. These dipes are still new, and working out bugs. In the future will still buy more of these.
