How much do you pay a MONTH for child care?
What metro area (or rural) area are you in? How many children? How many hours a week in general is that? And what kind of care is it?
Just wondering - we currently are doing the au pair bit and for the most part are happy but lately a lot of people are having issues with au pairs leaving for "richer" families and honestly I hate that looming over my head. We left the nanny bit because of the inflexibilty and how ingrained some were in their own ways.
