I got it to stand up

I've trimmed it so that it's not longer toward the back of the hawk...but here it is :P

This was our first attempt with new product at trying to make it stand

Obviously it could be better, but he loves it

(The color is temporary spray on stuff, comes out with water)

My DS would never do anything that adventurous, lol.

If you trim it 1-2" shorter, it will stand up MUCH easier.
