Re: Advocates of raw milk: would you drink this?

I think I would trust the farmer, sounds pretty legit. I love our Jersey raw milk and feel very safe giving it to my kiddos. It's the only thing that keeps my daughter's constant runny nose away- honestly! (It came back in full force when "our" cow was calving.) We have a cow-share program here that works pretty nice.

It's very creamy and easy to mix- I think you'll find that you really like it.

Before we moved my husband bought a cow share so he could get his raw milk. He absolutely loved it! No problems whatsoever. Me on the other hand...too pure for me

I think that farmer sounds FABULOUS. You could also ask to go down and have a look around the farm, but especially since he is researching cheeses I'd say there's no doubt his family is drinking it.

A major reason for it's digestibility. For pets anyway :-)
Omg that is so exciting to hear. How do you test your goats for healthiness? do you have a farm animal vet? do it yourself? i want a goat! how often do you milk? how much volume do you get?

I'm mostly vegan now, but we drank raw milk from our goats and friends' cows and goats for about 10 years. No comparison!! Go for it!
