I often mix in a little bit of BBQ sauce, add some more green pepper strips and sliced onion and serve it on garlic buns! Instant homemade manwiches! Course this only works if you have a chunky sauce to begin with!

Re: favorite way to use LEFTOVER spaghetti sauce

It's probably to late to help out, but I make Lazy Chili w/ our left over sauce. Fry up a pound or 2 of ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning, add that and a can or 2 of beans (drained and rinsed). Reheat, enjoy. It's nothing like real chili, but will do in a pinch or when I'm to lazy to make a real dinner. Goes great with a wide variety of salads and breads. It's especially good if you've gotten a jar of rather bland sauce from the store or didn't season homemade sauce enough.

Taco soup! Genius! I never know what to do either and I don't enjoy it reheated. I could freeze it, but I always feel like the beef tastes off when I thaw it back out. I do, however, LOVE taco soup. If I repurposed it right away I could eat taco soup all week!! Glad I stopped in and thanks to PP who suggested it!

Meatball subs. Cook the meatballs, or buy a frozen bag and put in crock pot with the sauce cook for about 4-5 hours. Serve on hoagie buns with onions, green peppers, and cheese.

I'd be making lasagna or baked ziti, then freezing the rest for future use.
