Help me find diapers or covers for my SIL!

My SIL is adopting a baby girl that is yet to be born.... she's due in September

She wanted to CD her 1st DD, but it didn't work out because she constantly had leaks, so she gave up. Plus, she has tactile issues w/ the outside of normal PUL. Which means that she can't touch the outside of most diapers (BGs, FBs, pretty much any commercially available PUL diaper). And she can't touch MF either.

So help me shop for her! So far I've found a WAHM called Forward Thinking that makes OS covers w/ flannel outer, PUL inner that she can touch, so I'm getting her one of those. She's going to do some wool for home, but she wants some PUL for outings. Any suggestions would be great!
