Question about drop side cribs

Where would I look up where my crib came from? Or if anyone knows, what store takes back delta.

It looks like they were sold at the major big box stores, since Walmart seems the best about taking things back and giving cash I would go with them, otherwise it looks like Target and Kmart sold them too.

I have a Delta Jenny Lind crib that came from BRU. We're using it for this baby with the "repair kit" in place, but I wish we didn't have to because I'm not tall enough to reach over the side.

Drives me crazy that there are so many recalls.

Our first crib was recalled(jardin) and got the bru store credit. Of course the only crib I liked was $150 more, it was either that or another dropside which by then(2.5years ago) I had heard some talk about them being not sold in future so I didn't want another recall.

So we ended up paying extra and DH just switched it to toddler bed yesterday and said the mattress bracket was almost completely broken and lucky he switched or mattress would have fallen! It's a carters crib. I really need to take a picture, although he put a new bracket on himself, but really, this is what you get for your $$$ these days?

I will need it for new baby due in november too. By then it might be recalled......

mine is from babies r us, and they did NOT offer a refund. They actually told me I should be able to get a refund, but then Jenny Lind said all they were offering was the stupid repair kit.

I know this is an old thread, but I just realized we had a recalled (to repair) drop side crib that we haven't been using. Walmart gave me a full refund, anyway.
