She will be my first. I'm Megan but I can't put that in a signature yet until I post more! I have some posts all ready to go and still open when I hit the 10 to post images because I couldn't do them this morning when I tried, but I'm almost there! silly rules!

Haha!! I wait on the mail, too. She is usually here by 10am so it gives me time to clean up breakfast, shower and dress (me and Nathan) after taking the big kids to school.

Today was another good mail day...she was able to fit one big package and two medium ones with my regular mail in my box! I got today five Sunbabys from FSOT, 4 GMs from Spots and one NIP GM Wings of Hope in honor of my aunt who has been battling (and still is) breast cancer for three years. I have never had a new GM, I have lots of them but they have all been new to me. I gotta check out how to prep it... I plan to take a pic of Harper in it , scrunched up on her tummy with legs tucked, wearing a pair of pink feathered wings. I have thought wayy too much about that diaper.

Morning, ladies!
Had my 26wk OB appt this morning. I gained 3.8lbs, so I am up 1.3lbs total. Boo. I know why, too. I have been too tired and sore to cook, so we eat out all.the.time. Back to cooking for me! I know, I know, gaining weight is normal, but I am already way too overweight, so was hoping to not gain much. I didn't last time.
I have my glucose screen tomorrow. I thought I had to fast for 12hrs. Nope, TWO hours! I can so do that.
Other than that, I have to work all week, filling in on my normal days off for the my co-worker. Blah.

Amy, your garden is amazing! I bet you can't wait for all the goodies! I am waiting for my dad's garden bounty, because well, he plants way too much anyway!

Jacky, can't believe to are already 26 weeks, I feel so behind at 23.5... I know it's gonna be so rough when you all start popping out babies and I'm still waiting

No fluffy mail here, we are nearly all set, just boring stuff left, covers and such.

AFM - wow, busy mornings for everyone, ours hasn't felt particularly busy but we've been productive.

2 loads of laundry down
finished baking the cookies we made yesterday
school's done for the day (whew, one of those hard days)
2 loaves of bread in the oven

We've got swimming lessons this afternoon and I SO Need to make a menu for a couple of weeks, and go grocery shopping tomorrow... we are out of everything!

So my mw appointment is on Wednesday, meaning I have another shot at finding out who's in there... I find myself getting all worked up about it again... I think I'll ask this one last time and if no luck, we'll wait out the last 16 weeks.

Amy- I love the raised bed garden. We were going to do that this year but ended up just using buckets again. We only planted tomatoes, eggplant, bell pepper, and some herbs this year.

Megan- Welcome. I am due on August 11 with our second after a 13 year gap

Poor hubby is under the kitchen sink trying to fix a hot water leak. He was able to finally get the last of the wallpaper off the living room walls yesterday and was planning on starting the painting today but the sink project has become more involved so I think it may get put off until tomorrow. Plus he has a cold that is making him feel horrible

I got all the baby stuff sorted by size into rubbermaid tubs. With the few clothes we have bought and the many we have been given we have an 18 gallon rubbermaid tub full of newborn-3 months size clothes DD teases we are going to have to change outfits with each diaper change so she can use them all. lol I took an inventory so I could see what I am missing and think we are down to receiving blankets (I plan to make some out of flannel from my fabric stash.), socks and bibs on the clothing/fabric list. My other lists keep growing as I keep remembering things I forgot to put on the list. lol
