Help?! Please...

I tried EPO last night for the first time. Well my midwives suggest 6 pills vaginally starting at 39 weeks. Well I just used a panty liner because i thought that would be enough to catch anything that ran out from them. But I woke up and my pantys and the liner were really... Wet like my whole area down there. Is 6 pills enough to have that much come out or should I call my dr? I'm having a few bh occasionally but nothing out of the ordinary...
