swimming lessons + runny nose/possible virus=?
Both the girls have swim lessons today. However on Saturday they developed very runny noses and stuffy heads. On Sunday dd2 had a slight fever (99.4) and yesterday dd1 had a 100.4 fever. Dh asked if I was taking them to their lesson today and I said no. He said I may be over reacting-they would be fine. They both want to go but I just dont know.....what would you do?

If DD had a fever yesterday, I personally would keep her away from other kids until tomorrow just to be safe...

Running nose with a previous fever I'd keep her home.

You didn't mention how they are now. When did the yesterday's fever end? If they feel fine, I'd probably take them. That chlorine kills everything.

Re: swimming lessons + runny nose/possible virus=?
The rule where DS goes is 24 hours after the fever breaks so long as they seem generally well. But they only consider it a "fever" if it's over 101. If its clear runny nose, it's fine. If it's yellow/green mucus, then not ok.
