Crib mattress

I bought a Moonlight Slumber crib mattress. They say their mattresses are PVC/Vinyl free, non-toxic, antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, free of Phosphorus, Arsenic and Antimony and have a "natural internal fire barrier."

It sounds safe. Anyone know anything about this brand or a reason I should be weary of putting my baby on this mattress?

Re: Crib mattress

Hmm. Looking at it they don't really tell you what it's made out of, just what it's not made with... Personally I would be concerned about what the foam is made of, what the fire retardent is, and what they treated it with to make it anti-microbial??? I'm also not a big fan of nylon, but that's me...

You could always contact them to ask questions like that, the answer may be fine with you...
