Can someone tell me about green shower curtains?

I have a shower that has it's rod lower then most showers. So I have had to cut off the bottom. In the past the easiest was to just get a plastic one since then I wouldn't have to sew the bottom. But I don't like this solution as it normally doesn't last long.

So I am looking for a good green shower curtain that I can fix permanently and then rotate with another shower curtain so my shower curtain doesn't get all icky.

What is a good option for me? Also any recommendations for the rings? Half of our plastic ones are broken.

We just use a fabric shower curtain and wash it periodically. I think we have the metal rings right now with the balls on top so they roll. Got them at Wal-Mart or Meijer or somewhere similar.

I thought not all fabric is created equal. Is that not the case?

We use fabric too. Some are not equal but I don't think it's a big deal. One of our if you stand to close to it on the outside of the shower sometimes you can feel like a little splash on the outside of the shower but it isn't enough to make the floor wet so it isn't really a big deal. We buy any fabric it doesn't matter to us.
