Question Gen-Y Simplicity Print Covers?

I'm on the cover hunt again. Thinking about snaps and found gen-y simplicity. I haven't found a review for this specific style but several for gen-y in general.

-Oh I found one on diaper pin. So far sounds good.

Has anyone used this style? Is it trim (imo flip is trim, blueberry is "poufy" if that helps )?

Or recommend a sized snapping cover. Without foe, I've tried fluffy's and the foe just gets to pilly for me.

Thanks

Oh, I mainly trifold, looking at etpf's though too.

Re: Gen-Y Simplicity Print Covers?

I have a simplicity cover that is just a solid cover, no print, if that helps? It's fabulous, I really like it. I find it a touch less coverage than say, a MEAF, but it still fits over a PF or a MEOS, we use both. Never had a leak with this bad boy, I really like it. I think I like the simplicity more than the regular geny cover. I mean, I *love* the cuteness factor of the regular ones, but the simplicity is just that- simple. So much more trim because it's only one layer.
Have you tried MEAF? Not the cutest thing on the block and definitely poofy, but they smoosh right down. I've grown to like the 'old school' look they have, and man, are they effective. I think they just came out with new prints as well.

Nope, I haven't tried any mother ease products yet. Not sure why, seems like I've tried about everything else.

Thanks for your input - I like simple!

The nice thing about MEAF is the binding isn't FOE, it's some gauze-type material. It doesn't stretch the same way, but you don't do the snaps up tightly anyway. The stuff NEVER wicks, or gets pilly. And you can usually pick the covers up on FSOT for a song, and they last a trillion years. I think they are indestructable.

I am not impressed with the simplicity. Mostly because the elastic isn't tight enough to get a good fit on even my chunker (and my toddler who is at the top if the weight range is even harder to fit). The leg snap placement seems a little odd as well. And they feel really flimsy. Even more flimsy than a flip or econobum if that gives you an idea.

Super impressed with the MEAF. They are thicker, more durable, and bulletproof.

Thanks for the comparison. DD's not a chunker so it might not be tight enough for her. Econobums were way flimsy to me, flips are ok. I like aspects of several different covers but I can't find them all in one place.

*sigh* Why can't the perfect cover just fall out of the sky into my mailbox?
