Little Lion Cozy Cub Trim questions

I am really thinking of buying a few dozen of the Little Lions Cozy cub fitteds in size small for my newborn stash. The reviews all say the laundry tabs stink and the velcro wears out. I am thinking that if/when that happens I can just take th velcro off and use a snappi to close them. Do you think that will work?

I used LL cozy cub trims for my DD in size small as a newborn and I didn't have a problem with the velcro wearing out. And I bought them used. The laundry tabs are really sticky but they aren't in the best location. I'm not sure if snappis would work on them....but I suppose if you had to you could just use them without a closure and put a cover over it to secure it in place. All in all, I really liked them and used them as DD's night time dipes until she was too big for the smalls, now we use ME Sandy's.

I think it would be difficult to snappi them. I agree it seems that the laundry tabs are just in a terrible spot. I didn't find them very absorbent either but with a newborn who you are changing so often that might not matter.

Thanks ladies. I think I am going to buy a dozen trims and a dozen classics. I also bought a dozen Sandy's. I figure the velcro will last, and if not I will ust use them without. I wish everything just came with snaps....
