Help me get started with wool!

I want to at least try a wool cover, but there are so many choices. I've looked on diaperpin, but I still can't decide. I'd like one that would work at night over a fitted or prefolds. Bring on the suggestions.

Honestly, a great first time wool cover is a Littlebums Italian wool Its just one layer but the wool is extremely soft and dense. So its great for day and night, its trim and its greaat for heavy or light wetters. Its only one layer also.
Also, i really liked Sugarpeas wool covers, Loveybums, and Biobottos. thos are all great starter covers.

I really like my loveybums covers. They are pretty trim and you can varying wool thickness, depending on what you need. The wool crepe works just fine for us over night (no heavy wetters though!). I've also used babyology and had good luck with those. The rest of my wool is recycled sweaters or knit by me.

Loveybums are great front snapping covers and work great over an unpinned prefold, but might not cover all fitteds. The interlock is the thickest for a heavy wetter night time, but the crepe is pretty thick, too.

Littlebums is a great pull-on cover, and Wild Oats are a great side snapping cover. Recycled wool is great, too, and also the cheapest. I like Woolybottoms!

I'm a huge fan of knitted and crocheted wool. I like soakers because they work well under pants, or AS pants. I have a wool interlock cover that I got from Clothmopolitan that is SUPER nice! It snaps on the sides - but like my other wool, I don't often cover it up LOL!

I'm just getting in to wool as well, so I know how you feel! My head is spinning with all the choices! It's how I felt when I first started CDing, though, so I know pretty soon I will get the hang of it

I also like a disana and lana for night mostly that I off the FSOT. The lana maybe I would use in the day time ...but the other one is really thick for night.

Others that we've also tried and like off the FSOT (for night and day to use over prefolds and fitteds) include kiwi pie, freshies (long rise), 7th Heaven Baby. These are all night worthy for us but also trim enough to put under clothes.

if you are just looking for night or not under clothes during the day I really like the wool pull on soakers ... a few wahms on here make them
