When you say you have had wonderful CS with them, did you have an issue that they resolved/fixed? Or are you referring to timely shipping, etc. Not being snarky, just curious?

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I like swaddlebees aio's and I just bought two from Abbyslane (I think that is the name of the online store) and I have been buying them here fsot. I will continue to buy them new until I experience a problem with them. I dont take other peoples experiences as my own and if a bunch of mamas are ticked off and dont wantto use swaddlebees anymore, then more for me. Some diapers just dont work for me, some leak for me and the same exact diaper wont leak for my friends.

They don't work for us so I won't be buying anymore, but I had an issue with my order before I received it and Lisa took care of it within a matter of minutes even though it was like 11:00pm when I emailed. She promptly returned my email and resolved my issue. I don't really let other people's experiences sway my own decisions. If I had a bad experience then yes I'd stay away.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I sort of feel like I'm by myself on an island here, but I love SB. They were the only pockets my ds could wear and I think their fitted terry and ov are wonderful! Esp. the ov.

I had two fitteds come with gaps in the serging and got a prompt response offering new dipes or a partial refund, my choice.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a SB product.

I know BB are from the same lady, but I haven't had any experience with them.

There must be a lot of Swaddlebee lovers out there by what I saw at the outlet stocking a couple weeks ago. Things sold out before I could even get them in my cart and checkout.

Personally I hold company's such as Swaddlebee's to a higher standard than I do wahm stuff and I think it's easier to bash/complain about a company than an individual (the wahm's) who frequent the board.

All that said, I've never had to deal with SB's customer service so I can't really speak about how I feel about it without making assumptions.

Agree...I've never had an issue with Swaddlebee's or their sister site Blueberry.
I also would not go on what the 'pack' says until I experience it myself.
