Did I dry up?

Im 24 weeks preggo and my 2 and half year old is still nursing. The prob is I dont think hes getting anything the last 2 weeks I squeeze and nothing comes out. I tried pumping nothing comes out. When he sucks he just keeps going back and forth left to right and then gives up. Hell try again in a few hours same thing back and forth left to right and then nothing. Hes been doing this the last 2 weeks in all honesty I was ready to wean him but he's still trying do you think hes getting anything when will he let up? Did your lo give up right away or keep trying if you dried up?

Sounds like you're right! He may keep trying and then be somewhat happy when you have colostrum again (should be soon). Or he may not like it and wean then? Hard to say!

My DS didn't want to comfort nurse and would pop off as soon as I was empty. He was 7m when I got prego again by the time I was out of my first trimester, he wouldn't latch at all anymore, so I'd pump and give him what I could... milk was totally gone for me by 16-18weeks
