What are the best overnight diapers for a heavy wetter?

Something with hemp is your best bet. Maybe just stuffing your regular diaper with some hemp inserts would do the trick.

Sbish multi or a premium prefold. They are both magical

SBish under wool. If you want the trimmest, most absorbent, single solution - that's it. There are lots of combos you can use as well - most people have to experiment for a while to find what works for a LOs wetness level, sleeping position, length of night sleep, frequency of nursing, sensitivity to moisture, etc...

So far this is what is working for us:
WOOL!-I am currently lanolizing my newest soaker from sbish.
Hemp fitteds with a doubler.
Thirsties duo fitteds with a hemp doubler.
with DD, I LOVED the drybees fleece pockets, but they just don't work for DS. Not sure why.
