Re: Please tell me I'm being silly (transverse baby).

It always makes me feel better if I am "doing" something. Have you considered yoga and meditation?

Re: Please tell me I'm being silly (transverse baby).

DS was head down with nose down forever....I went to deliver and he was head down but transverse and would not budge.....we ended up in a Csection because of water breaking with GBS+ 12 hr labor 10 cervix baby not moving past 0 position baby heart rate crashing.....I freaked...looking back now the Csection was the best for us..I have a very happy 21 month old....

I tell the story to say that things change all the time...Most babies figure it out and get in the right position..You have plenty of time....All else the Csection isnt the worst thing ever..

FYI I am 19 weeks and planning a VBAC.....However, if in an emergency a Csection is a must I wont stress....I will spend the time enjoying the baby...

Re: Please tell me I'm being silly (transverse baby).

Try starting the spinning babies exercises now.

My son was breech from 20 weeks on & never able to turn.

This little one has been transverse since 20 weeks. (rechecked at 24 weeks)

He DOES move some, but I don't think he ever FULLY leaves being transverse. I definitely have a head or a butt on the right side of my belly.

Unfortunately, I have a TINY baby bump (most people can't tell I'm pregnant at 29 weeks) and just NOT a lot of room in there.

You still have LOTS of time for baby to get into position. My little one was switching from transverse & breech up until 38 weeks and he was a big baby. Than he went head down and stayed there
