Stripping with Dawn q?

Have had some nasty stinkies lately, so I just washed them with Dawn. Top loader: cold rinse, hot wash with a few squirts of Original Dawn (not Ultra)...didn't think there were enough suds, so added more until it got pretty sudsy, then a total of four rinses. Did not check the last rinse, but there were just a few small clusters of bubbles in the third one. (What a ton of water! )

Do I now need to wash with regular detergent, or am I good to go?

I don't strip with Dawn any more because of all of the suds and it's very harsh on diapers. I use the Penguin Sport Wash, works awesome! I love it so much that I now carry it on my site, it's under the detergent and washes category. One packet does one load in a top loader or two loads in a front loader.

Well, thanks, I guess...but I have wet dipes in my washer right now and need to know if they need a second full wash or if I can just put them straight into the dryer and not have "still-dirty" stinkies.

Sorry, that was not entirely helpful, I got distracted while I was reading. I think that you are good to go mama. It does seem like a huge waste of water doesn't it.
