You could ride the carousel, ferris wheel, swings, etc...anything slow & easy, but no thrill rides.

For me its not worth admission to not be able to ride the "fun stuff". (admission to parks here starts at $40)

There are only 2 rides that I can think of that may jerk some. One is a wooden roller coaster and the other kinda throws you side to side. I can't think of any others that could possibly hurt anything honestly. Admission here is $25, but at costco it's 2 tickets for $35 so I am ok with missing a ride or 2. Honestly one of my favorites anyway is tilt a whirl and that one isn't bad at all lol
