The biggest online milksharing group is Human Milk 4 Human Babies on Facebook. I would check there first! Go to www.hm4hb.net and search for the state you are looking for. It should direct you to that state's Facebook page.

milkshare.forumotion.com is another good one - they are the original online milksharing network.

Through both of these groups, I have been able to keep both of my babies breastfed.
